motoronellc@yahoo.comJeff Capps is the President of Motor One, LLC , a company established to serve motor officers with time tested and evaluated equipment provided by select high quality manufacturers, as well as instructional courses designed to advance the riding skills and street survival. The "Colonel" (as many refer to him) was a Motor Officer and Motor Sergeant for more than 12 years with the United States Park Police, headquartered in Washington, DC. He was a Motor Instructor as well as the Department's Officer Safety and Survival Instructor.
Jeff also served as the Vice President and President of the agency's FOP. During Police Memorial Week each year the "Colonel" continues to serve in the position of National Coordinator for Police Motor Escorts in support of Concerns of Police Survivors (COPS') - as he did while with the Motor Unit. Prior to his extensive law enforcement career Jeff served with the US Army as a Counter-Intelligence Special Agent.

military.raven@gmail.comSenior Sergeant Rob Grimsley is the Motor Sergeant for the Charleston County Sheriff's Office in Charleston South Carolina. Rob ("Rocky" as many refer to him) began his career in 1989 and has been riding police motorcycles since 1990. He has attended and successfully completed police motorcycle Instructor courses form IPTM, North Western, Fairfax County Police VA, and Maryland State Police. He has also attended and completed the H&K police motor officer survivor course.
Rob has developed and conducted several motor officer survivor courses dealing with escort, advanced riding techniques, and tactical situation from the motorcycle. Rob is a certified Firearms Instructor through the South Carolina Criminal Justice Academy. Rob is a nationally recognized motor officer having won numerous police motorcycle skills competitions. Rob is totally committed to teaching and passing on any information that may make an officer a better and safer rider. Rob is proud to be a part of Motor One which is giving the very best in police motorcycle training.

Deputy Sheriff Randy Wiessinger works for the Dane County Sheriff's Office in Madison, Wisconsin , leading the agency motor unit and coordinating a larger multi-jurisdictional motor unit. Randy has been a Police Motorcycle Instructor since 2002, having attended the Northwestern University Instructor Course, and serves as senior instructor for the south central Wisconsin area motor officers. He has experience planning and leading numerous dignitary escorts including presidential, vice-presidential, and foreign head of state escorts.
Randy is engrossed in motorcycle safety efforts in Wisconsin as well as nationally, both on the civilian and police side. He serves in several leadership positions inside and outside the law enforcement community. While Randy has received numerous awards and has many accomplishments in his 21 year career, his highest priority and passion is for the safety of the motor officer through ongoing training

Jon Syverson has been called, "The Father of Police Sales at Harley-Davidson," having served in a senior manager capacity at Harley-Davidson Motor Company, Inc., leading the team responsible for Worldwide Police & Fleet Sales.
Jon has served the international public safety, military and motorcycle industry while meeting the needs of dealers/distributors and the authority/law enforcement market for more than thirty years.
In addition, Jon was the Editor-in-Chief of the nationally-recognized law enforcement magazine, "THE MOUNTED OFFICER." Jon also has real world law enforcement experience, having served as a sworn patrolman and police motorcycle officer.
Jon pursued undergraduate studies at the University of Phoenix ; Phoenix , AZ. A Life Member of the American Motorcyclist Association (AMA) Jon is also a member of the Advisory Board, Concerns of Police Survivors and recipient of Wisconsin 's prestigious Annual Motorcycle Safety Award.

Sergeant David Wallace has been with the Baton Rouge Police Department since 1992, supervising the Motor Unit. David is a motorcycle instructor, coordinating and leading the training for his Motor Unit.
David has designed and co-authored regional training programs for multi-agency escorts as well as motor officer survival tactics. He is a nationally recognized motor officer, having competed in and won numerous police motorcycle skills competitions.
Along with his motorcycle instructional experience, David is also a certified instructor in defensive tactics, POST, and is an FBI certified instructor. David has been selected to attend the FBI National Academy. David is passionate about the safety of all motor officers and is able to offer extensive insight and training for students he trains
